Intended Stimulus – The OPEN is the time of year you dig deep, push a little harder, try things that make you nervous, and move weights that are out of your comfort zone. For 19.1, go up a wall ball weight higher than you usually use. But, this WOD looks simple…don’t underestimate it. Think you’re a good rower and good at wall balls? Pace yourself anyway, you do not want to burn out on this one. As long as you push as hard as possible, challenge yourself as much as you can and hold true to the movement standards, you’ve reached the stimulus of 2019’s first OPEN WOD!
