Strength: Back Squat

2,4,6,8,10…
Kettlebell Swings (53/35)
Medball Cleans (20/14)
Ring Push-ups

2 reps of all movements, then 4 reps of all movements, then 6 reps, and so on until the 9 minutes is up.
