Intended Stimulus: Goal is to complete today’s WOD in less than 16 minutes, including the rest period. Keep the snatches light and if rest is needed during sets of box jumps and pull-ups keep it short. If rest begins to get long, decrease reps or choose a scaling option. 
Have fun! Scaling will be provided for all levels!
