6 minutes to Establish 5 rep max Deadlift
Intended Stimulus: Dumbbell step ups (too soon?) and dumbbell snatch should be the same weight. Choose a moderate weight that can be moved efficiently. Also choose a wall ball weight that supports full depth squats and hitting your target each rep. Don’t rush your deadlift sets, be sure to rest a little bit between attempts to ensure you complete all 5 reps. Your goal is 2+ rounds on the AMRAP and to establish a very clean 5RM deadlift.
