Intended Stimulus: Your goal is 14-18 minutes. Looks easy on paper (shout out to Mike V) but this one will tax the upper body. Rely on your legs for the row and don’t be afraid to break your kettlebell swings up early to save some energy in your shoulders for the toes to bar. Scaling will be provided for all levels!
