Intended Stimulus – Your goal is 9-13 minutes.
This WOD will be high heart rate and will test your consistency on higher skilled movements. The hang power snatch and the overhead squats require a good amount of balance, so pick a pace and light-moderate weight that supports solid mechanics and movement consistency. The more you rush, the more time you will spend chasing the barbell and looking for stability. Pace yourself and be smooth.
Scaling will be provided for all levels!
