What Is CrossFit

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program. The goal is to burn body fat and build muscle. Our program is constantly varied meaning the workouts change on a daily basis. This prevents plateauing and keeps the mind craving more. We believe in training functional movements; things that you need for the real world. Expect elements of gymnastics, weightlifting and metabolic conditioning. We work with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, jump ropes, rowing machines, and our own body weight. It’s up to us to design the WOD (workout of the day) combining any of these elements. The workouts are safe, fun, and effective! Our program is completely scalable so it is suitable for all ages and physical conditions
