About Our Kids Program

As our children are becoming more and more sedentary there is a growing need to incorporate health and fitness into the lives of our kids. By laying a solid foundation of fitness ideals from an early age, we can reduce risk of disease, injury, and build a better future for our young ones.

Since CrossFit is a generalist program, our kids program follows a similar philosophy. We cover the broad skills and movements essential for life and athletics. Improvements in the gym translate directly to better performance on the soccer field as well as the playground.

We’ve put a spin on the CrossFit Kids program. It’s been proven that children learn better in an active environment. We strive to make our kids program fun and educational. Not only will your kids get exercise, but they will also have allotted time built into the session for help with homework from our NJ certified K-8 teacher. Your kids will leave here sweaty and tired with a jumpstart on their homework. It’s the best of both worlds!
